FOMEMA medical examination is required to be performed by the foreign workerers and the foreign workers need to be certified as medically fit to issued a work permit by the Immigration Department of Malaysia. We can register your foreign workers and purchase the forms on your behalf.
SOCSO stands for Social Security Organization and it was established as one of the government departments under the Ministry of Human Resources. SOSCO administers, implement and enforce the Employees’ Social Security (General) Regulations 1971. The SOSCO contribution for locals as well as foreign workers are mandatory and is done on a monthly basis. We will help you register your newly recruited workers with SOSCO.
This a gurantee required by the Immigration Department from you as a security deposit for the employement of foreign workers (excluding Domestic Maid) under Regulation 21 of the Immegration Regulation. We can help you apply for the Insurance Guarantee.

We can help you to recruit your required workers from source countries that is approved by the Malaysia Ministry of Home Affiars after obtaining the approval letter from them.
